Clients consent to remote support and diagnostic services. Tampa Bay Tech Fix is not responsible for loss or corruption of data unless explicitly agreed upon. Data backups are recommended prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tampa Bay Tech Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or business interruption.
Equipment Handling
