Our pricing is transparent and designed to give you high-quality IT support without surprises.

🛠 Standard Services

• On-site service: $80/hour (1-hour minimum)
• Remote support: $60/hour (15-minute minimum)

⏰ After-Hours & Emergency Support

Support requested outside regular hours (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) may be subject to higher rates based on time and availability. Availability is not guaranteed.

• Emergency after-hours rate: $120/hour
• Same-day response fee may apply
• Remote or on-site availability depends on scheduling

🚗 Travel Fees

For distances over 30 miles from central Tampa, a travel fee may be applied at $0.75/mile.
